of the Progressive Care Unit is to provide expert care for our
patients and families while supporting ongoing education and
research. The approach is interdisciplinary and puts the patient

unit serves adult progressive surgical, oncology, palliative care
and progressive acute care patients receiving chemotherapy.Shift

Assistant:Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by
licensed nursing personnel for the achievement of patient`s plan of
care.Required Qualifications:--- Minimum of 16 years of age
required.--- Possesses a Certified Nursing Assistant certification
in the state of Nebraska.--- Demonstrated effective communication
skills required.--- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
required, must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed
program (effective for new hires starting January 1, 2023 or
later).Preferred Qualifications:--- Knowledge of computer data
entry and word processing preferred.--- Basic knowledge of medical
terminology preferred.Nursing Assistant:Perform delegated patient
activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel for the
achievement of patient`s plan of care.Required Qualifications:---
Minimum of 18 years of age required.--- High school education or
equivalent required.--- Six months experience in patient care
required or must be enrolled in nursing program.--- Demonstrated
effective communication skills required.------ Basic Life Support
(BLS) certification required, must be from an American Heart
Association (AHA) endorsed program (effective for new hires
starting January 1, 2023 or later).Preferred Qualifications:---
Direct patient care experience preferred.--- Knowledge of computer
