Want to work for a clinician owned, *locally managed and operated, rooted in the Heartland,* growing practice in Omaha7.- Have prior training or _*interest*_ in any of the following: brain based therapies (EMDR, Brainspotting), child and adolescent development, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and outpatient groups. We provide foundational training to all therapists, as well as desirable paths toward EMDR/Brainspotting. All Lifespan staff are attending Brainspotting phase 1 in 2024.8. Are comfortable *setting a work schedule that matches your client population*, are self responsible, and know when to ask for help._Basic Duties of the Therapist Include:_-*Engaging, assessing and treating clients* in a supportive multidisciplinary outpatient clinic-Coordinating with the treatment team, *using excellent communication and documentation skills* to complete clinical progress notes and record keeping in a timely manner-Attend supervision and consultation *to teach and learn from others* (or get your full license, or independent license - we can get you both!)- Regular attendance at Staff meetings and events as scheduled_*What's included?*_- Supervision, Team Building Events, Training, License Assistance.
