  • Hospital in Omaha is seeking traveling OR Tech.
  • Shift will be 7a-5:30p.
  • Experience with Ortho, general, GYN, urology, plastics, neuro and ENT is a plus.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be able to handle total joints, robotics, general laparoscopic cases, urology, hand and foot, breast cases including reconstructions.

      • Schedule Information
      • Shift will be 0630-1700.
      • Weeknight/Call Requirements: 6-7 call shifts per month.
      • Weekend/Call Requirements: 2-3 weekends in a 13 week contract.
      • Holiday/Call Requirements: Depending on needs at least 1 holiday call per year.
      • OR supervisor will make schedule.
      • Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling?: No.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • # of Suites: 6
        • Average # of cases per day: Over 400 per month
        • Common Cases: Adults and Peds. Mainly outpatient procedures including ortho (including total joints and sports med), general, obgyn, robotic, plastics, ENT, Urology, hands, podiatry, breast reconstructions.
        • EMR: EPIC.
        • How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 1-3 days.

          • Scrubs Color/Dress Code: Provided.
          • Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
          • RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved, including after submissions.
