  • Hospital located in Eastern Nebraska is looking for travel RN's in their HVI (Cardio/General ICU/PCU/MedSurg combined Unit) - Generalist ICU and PCU experience accepted.
  • PCU patients and ratio will be expected.
  • This is an ASAP need.
  • 13 weeks, 48 hour contracts.
    • Job Requirements
    • ACLS, BLS, NIHSS - Required
    • ICU experience required but CVICU preferred
    • RN's - Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation.
    • OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - Must receive a 90% to pass.
      • Schedule Information
      • Cyclic staff scheduling
      • 12 hr nights
      • Candidates can work with the scheduler when they report but they are looking for flexible travelers.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Impella, ballon pump, ventilators, BIPAP, CPAP
        • amio, nitro, nicardapine, epi, cardizem.
        • Multiple other cardiac medications for blood pressure management
        • Patient ratio varies depending on acuity: 1:2 for ICU, 1:4 for PCU, 1:5 for med surg
          • Additional Details
          • Heart and Vascular Institute 5th floor CUMC Bergan Mercy
          • Universal Care: Varying levels of care ICU, PCU, Med Surg cardiac and vascular patient
          • Navy scrubs
          • Auto Offer based off of profile.
          • RTO needed upfront (7 or less days required per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be approved including after submission.
