Job Title: Registered NurseWe are seeking a compassionate and
skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading
provider of dialysis services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play
a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a
meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their
families.About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding
opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work in an outpatient
dialysis setting. You will be responsible for providing
individualized care to patients with end-stage renal disease,
working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop
and implement patient care plans, and contributing to the overall
success of our dialysis program.Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering
medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing dialysis
treatments
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking
into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and
treatment goals
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate
patient care, including referrals to specialists and other
healthcare providers
- Conduct patient education and counseling on dialysis treatment,
medication management, and lifestyle modifications
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance
patient outcomes and satisfactionRequirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Associate's degree in nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited
school of nursing
- Experience in dialysis nursing or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentWhat We
