• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as neededRequirements:
  • 2 years of experience working as an RN in a long-term care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
