Job Description:
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel

work. Experience: --- 12 months of role experience is required from
any number of months. --- 24 months of Medical Surgical / Telemetry
Unit experience is required from last 4 years. --- Experience with
Epic is preferred from any number of months. Requirements: ---
Candidates must have a Nebraska license or compact license
(required for submission). --- This role may require floating to
additional units and locations --- Travel only, local not allowed.
Candidates must live > 50 miles from facility to be
submitted.--- Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious,
medical, and personal declinations accepted. Pre-employment modules
may be required for this role. Please upload any certifications or
health documents you have to your profile to expedite your
on-boarding process. Additional Details: An interview may not be
available prior to offer. Guaranteed 48 hours per week Candidates
may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility
associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
Pass/Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on
skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass.
Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated Common
diagnosis / Types of patients: MedSurg/Tele- joint replacements,
fractures, colon resections, COPD exacerbation, prostatectomy,
cellulitis, sepsis, ortho trauma, GI bleeds, pneumonia, failure to
thrive RN's required to titrate drips: Heparin, lidocaine, and
ketamine RNs should have some tele awareness. Travelers will be
scheduled. Will approve a limited amount of block scheduling
Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend Holiday Requirements: 2-3
Holidays from Thanksgiving to New Years. Floating Requirements: Yes
to other medical surgical areas or units with MedSurg patients
waiting for a MedSurg bed Scrub Color: RNs: Navy Blue How many
shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 2 days Additional
Notes: Have mechanical lifts in every other room, Big focus on
hourly rounding and responsiveness, This unit typically has
multiple discharged and admissions in one day RTO needed upfront (7
or less days per 13 week contract). Additional RTO will not be
approved, including after submissions. Maximum days off: 7 days 1
reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) -
required for submission 1 reference from last 3 years (Any
reference type) - required for submission Driver's license required
for submission Certifications: --- BLS (Basic Life Support) ---
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
