Job Description:
Johnson Controls, a leader in global smart building
technologies, seeks a proactive and experienced HVAC TB Service
Manager to supervise and enhance service operations within our HVAC
wholesale division. This role focuses on leading our team in
maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing HVAC systems for
commercial clients, ensuring peak efficiency, sustainability, and
security according to our high standards. Oversee daily operations
of the HVAC service department ensuring compliance with company
standards and industry regulations. Lead, train, and develop
service technicians and field staff to ensure high levels of
technical skill and customer satisfaction. Manage scheduling of
staff and resources to ensure timely service and installation of
HVAC systems. Coordinate with sales and engineering teams to
streamline operations and develop innovative solutions that meet
client needs. Foster relationships with existing clients while
seeking new opportunities for service contracts and maintenance
agreements. Prepare and manage the department's budget, ensuring
financial objectives are met. Analyze system performance data to
offer recommendations for improvements and upgrades. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of HVAC technology trends, regulatory
requirements, and sustainability practices. Strong leadership and
team management capabilities. Proficient in various HVAC systems,
tools, and diagnostic techniques. Excellent problem-solving and
project management skills. Ability to communicate technical
information to non-technical audiences. Keen ability to negotiate
