details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a
Locums Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to provide coverage
for an established physician practice in Omaha and Lincoln, NE
following a provider resignation. This is an ongoing locums
opportunity with a flexible scheduling structure and comprehensive
clinical scope across multiple hospitals. Position Details Practice
Setting: Outpatient clinic with inpatient consults and call
coverage Clinic Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Includes
one non-contact/administrative day per week Call Coverage: Night
call: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM Weekend call: 24-hour coverage
(Friday–Sunday) with 8:00 AM handoff Coverage Locations: St.
Elizabeth Lakeside CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center
(CUMC) Assignment Structure: Ongoing coverage 3–5 consecutive days
(including weekends) or up to 7 days at a time Two coverage weeks
per month may be non-consecutive Responsibilities Provide
comprehensive Maternal Fetal Medicine care in the outpatient clinic
Perform high-risk pregnancy consultations and follow-ups Interpret
and manage complex prenatal diagnostics and ultrasound findings
Provide inpatient consults and on-call coverage across all assigned
facilities Collaborate closely with OB/GYNs, nursing staff, and
multidisciplinary care teams Maintain timely and accurate clinical
documentation Requirements Board Certified in Maternal Fetal
Medicine MD or DO Completion of an OB/GYN residency and Maternal
Fetal Medicine fellowship BLS, DEA, and NRP required Nebraska
medical license required Omaha, Nebraska offers a great mix of
