registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. Provide critical care to Emergency Room patients by
implementing the Nursing Process in line with nursing regulations
and hospital policies. This contract position entails shift
accountability with responsibilities for safe and effective patient
care in a fast-paced ER setting. The role demands strong critical
thinking, sound clinical judgment, and leadership to anticipate
patient needs and coordinate team efforts effectively.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Current RN licensure with
Emergency Room experience BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
required Proven ability to provide patient care leadership and
delegate tasks appropriately Commitment to maintaining clinical
competencies through continuing education Skilled in assessing ER
patients and prioritizing care in urgent situations
Responsibilities: Manage patient care from admission through
discharge in the Emergency Department Utilize the Nursing Process
for clinical decision-making and care planning Anticipate patient
needs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Provide
supervision and direction to support staff during shifts Maintain
