Dates of Coverage: Nov 20 (7a) Nov 27 (7a) - credentialed locums only Dec 23 (7a) Jan 1 (7a) Jan 20 (7a) - Jan 29 (7a) Ongoing in July - Dec Details: 24 hour call coverage (7a-7a) Setting: Inpatient FTE: 1.0 Duties: inpatient general gastroenterology coverage EMR: Epic Support Staff: Hospital staff trained in GI. Reason for coverage: 2 locums beginning 6 month break. Additional Information Provided by Client Census varies but is typically low, 6 pts has been the max and it only got that high once. ERCP skills are not necessary pts can be transferred to a hospital where our group practices and has a physician to provide that service. Gen GI procedural privileges and inpatient consults are what we are looking for currently. Credentialing Information: Timeframe: about 2 months Credentialing with other facilities? No Board Certified Gastroenterology - REQUIRED Active IA license - REQUIRED OR IMLC (LOQ IN HAND AT TIME OF SUBMISSION) Gastroenterology Fellowship - REQUIRED Must state availability for open dates listed in Job description - REQUIRED Disclose if provider has worked at any other CHI/dignity facility - REQUIRED COVID VACCINATED - REQUIRED
