Nurse with step-down unit experience to provide high-quality
patient care during night shifts. This contract position is suited
for professionals who have demonstrated expertise in step-down

living experience. Qualifications and Experience: - Minimum of 2
years as a Registered Nurse - At least 1 year of unit-specific
experience in step-down or progressive care units - BLS (Basic Life
Support) certification - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support) certification - NIHSS (National Institutes of Health
Stroke Scale) certification Responsibilities: - Deliver
patient-centered care to individuals requiring step-down level
attention - Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to
changes - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to
implement care plans - Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
