Cynet Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Omaha,

Must-Have: - Ability to independently manage antepartum and
laboring patients - Experience providing couplet care Description:
The role involves caring for Labor and Delivery patients, including
high-risk obstetric patients. Registered Nurses will manage
inductions, vaginal deliveries, and recoveries. Experience with OB
circulations and c-section deliveries and recoveries is essential.
The RN will care for antepartum patients and must be familiar with
oxytocin, magnesium, fluids, and blood pressure medications.
Experience with the EPIC charting system is preferred. The position
requires strong critical thinking and communication skills.
Candidates must adhere to a strict fingernail policy, prohibiting
artificial nails while providing patient care. The working team
emphasizes collaboration and a supportive unit culture. The unit
accommodates a variety of cultures, enhancing the overall
experience for both staff and patients. Registered Nurses are
expected to follow staffing guidelines and participate in rotating
shifts, including every third weekend. Cancellation policy: The
facility can cancel up to 4 shifts during the assignment. 5
