or LPN for a 13-week Long-Term Care (LTC) assignment in Nebraska .
This is a day-shift position covering a vacancy and offers a
consistent schedule with guaranteed hours. Assignment Details
Location: Nebraska Contract Length: 13 weeks Start Date: 4 February
2026 End Date: 2 May 2026 Shift: 12-hour Day Shifts Hours: 6:00 AM
– 6:00 PM Schedule: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Guaranteed
Hours: 36 hours per week Responsibilities Provide direct nursing
care to long-term care residents Administer medications and
treatments per physician orders Perform patient assessments and
monitor changes in condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary
care teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Ensure
compliance with clinical, safety, and regulatory standards
Requirements Active RN or LPN license Long-Term Care (LTC) or
Skilled Nursing experience preferred Ability to work 12-hour day
shifts consistently Must meet all compliance and credentialing
requirements Strong communication, clinical, and time-management
