Registered Nurse (RN) | Transplant Location: Omaha, NE Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,318 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Transplant Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a large, urban hospital License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; NIH, CPI preferred Must-Have: - 2 years of prior experience required - Drip management experience is necessary - EPIC charting experience is essential - Float within scope to meet facility needs Description: This is a 36-bed unit providing medical surgical and progressive care to adult pre and post liver, kidney, pancreas, and intestinal transplant patients. Adolescent patients starting at the age of 15 are also cared for, but only by core staff. Patient ratios are 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night, with the possibility of 1:7 due to staffing needs. Traveling staff may float to various units as required by the organization. Weekends require 4 shifts out of 8 possible in a 4-week period. Holidays require working 2 out of 3 major holidays. The facility is smoke-free, and travelers are expected to comply with this policy. Local candidates will not be considered, as all applicants must reside more than 100 miles from the location. COVID-19 vaccination is required, with medical or religious exemptions accepted. All contracts must end on a Sunday, aligning with the work week schedule.
