Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Omaha,
Nebraska, 68105! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing

per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years of Telemetry experience required
in a large, urban hospital License: RN License required
Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - Experience with
titratable drips - EPIC charting experience required - Must float
within scope to meet facility needs Description: Team-Based Care
Delivery Model with bedside RN, LPN, and CNA. The unit is a 40-bed
non-specialty Med/Surg unit caring for patients ages 18 and older.
Staff cares for a variety of medical and telemetry patients with
acute and/or chronic illness, including sepsis, respiratory,
gastrointestinal, endocrine, cardiac disease, and COVID-19. Staff
members manage titratable drips, chest tubes, tracheostomies,
complex wound care, post-bariatric procedures, high oxygen delivery
systems, and end-of-life care. The unit has implemented a
team-based care delivery model fostering collaboration among
licensed and unlicensed healthcare professionals. The model
promotes teamwork, communication, and leadership. The
nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:8 during the day and 1:9 at night.
Floating to other medical surgical units may be required, including
potential floating to other campuses. The facility is a 718
acute-care bed facility providing care for complex patients through
a team of experts. The facility supports a nicotine-free policy.
Weekend shift commitment involves working 4 out of 8 weekends in a
4-week period. Travelers must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. RTO
must be submitted with the application. All applicants must be more
than 100 miles from the facility. Medical Surgical nursing units
allow up to two weeks of RTO. 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing
