WE ARE HIRING FOR: • HVAC Service Technicians • HVAC Installation Technicians Larry’s Heating and Cooling is growing and we're looking for people who know how to install, service and repair Heating and Cooling equipment in the Yankton and Vermillion Area. Our Technicians are the happiest, by far! We stay busy all year long which means no Layoffs in 38 years! We have a very large, very loyal Client base and it's growing all the time. We do serious weekly trainingand opportunities for one-on-one training with our incredible leaders, Senior Techs, and utilize outside Training labs as needed. If there's an area you would like to focus on, we want to help you! We have fun at workno really, we do, we're not just saying that We have THE BEST schedule, our Technicians love and appreciate it. We give back to our community, and we love it! PAY PLANS: We have a unique pay plan and benefits package that is not available anywhere else. The more you learn, the more you grow, the more you are rewarded! $20 to $30 per hour depending on experience. Suffice it to say that our people are very happy with our structure and are compensated very well for their respective roles.
