Job Description Job Description Registered Nurse – Interventional Radiology - Travel Position (with $7,500 Completion Bonus) Location: Omaha, NE Job Type: Travel Contract Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 5x8 Days Pay: $2,644/week (plus $2,500 completion bonus per contract, up to $7,500 after three contracts) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) to join our imaging and procedural team. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to patients undergoing minimally invasive image-guided procedures. The RN will ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after procedures, while collaborating with radiologists and other healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures, including pre-procedure assessments and education. Assist physicians during image-guided procedures such as angiography, biopsies, and vascular interventions. Administer medications, sedation, and IV therapies as ordered. Monitor patient status and vital signs throughout procedures and recovery. Respond promptly to complications or emergencies and assist with resuscitation efforts if needed. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital protocols and safety standards. Qualifications: Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing). Licensure: Current RN license in [State]. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Critical Care or Radiology Nursing Certification (preferred) Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of critical care, perioperative, or interventional radiology experience preferred.
