relationship. Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. In
this role, you will provide individual, family and group therapy,
conduct assessments, and develop treatment plans to support the
mental well-being of our clients. This position requires a deep
understanding of various psychological theories and therapeutic
techniques, as well as a commitment to creating a supportive and
inclusive environment for all clients. Responsibilities: Evaluating
and assessing the bio-psycho-social needs of patients. Provide
mental health counseling to children and families. Assisting in
determining the most appropriate level of care for the patient and
making appropriate referrals when indicated. Developing
comprehensive treatment plans following policy and procedures.
Providing supervision to clinical staff as needed (LIMHP/LMHP).
Documentation that reflects progress toward goals as established in
the treatment plan. Actively participates in clinical and peer
supervision to ensure quality of care and professional performance
standards. Completing all required documentation within the
required time-frame. Address patient concerns. Ensure quality of
care consistent with Behaven Kids policies, procedures, and
relevant accrediting bodies. Job Requirements: Ability to work in
an active environment and lift up to 50 lbs. High level of
discretion and judgment. Detail-oriented and problem-solving
skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills are
essential. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR)
systems. Previous experience working with children is preferred.

from an accredited educational institution in psychology,
counseling, social work, or related field (required). Licensed
Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) or Licensed Independent Mental
Health Practitioner (LIMHP) Must hold the required mental health
credentials and licensure as required by the state of Nebraska.
