Critical thinking skills and have the ability to have input and/or make recommendations to the doctor based on your assessment of the patient Strong memory and ability to learn and retain new information quickly Capacity to monitor and manage multiple IV patients Requirements Licensed RN or BSN in good standing in the state of NE-patient care experience Excellent IV/ phlebotomy skills, experience with or willingness to be trained in accessing PORTs and PIC Lines Compassionate, pleasant and caring Excellent documentation and critical thinking skills Desire to learn and educate patients Be a team player with good communication skills Part-time position – pay commensurate with experience and training – no health insurance provided, however other benefits include access to everything offered at the clinic. Hourly rate from $45-$55 per hour to begin or less for person not meeting all the qualifications listed.
