Job Description Endocrinology opening in Sioux City, IA 1 hour
to Omaha, NE Job Description: Opportunity to work with patients
with diabetes on an outpatient basis. Providing diabetes education
and management on an patients and families Focus on planning,
supervising treatments, and monitoring of diabetes related health
concerns Work in collaboration with Diabetes Educators from an ADA
Accredited Diabetes Self- Management program Coordinating care of
patients with the patients primary care provider Competitive

(x-ray, lab, etc.) 36 Patient Contact hours flexible scheduling to
ensure sufficient patient access Full integrated system with
clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Responsibilities: Excellent communication (written and verbal),
analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work as a team
member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve

Qualifications: MD or DO Board Certified Hold an unrestricted
license to practice medicine and surgery in the state(s) in which
physician provides services Eligible to work in the United States
