RN (Med/Surg Telemetry) - Location: Sioux City, Iowa — Downtown
Campus (51104) - Unit: 7 SW Medical – Downtown (Medical-Surgical
Telemetry) - Start Date: April 13, 2026 - End Date: July 13, 2026 -
Duration: 13 weeks - Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) —
Night Shift Travel RN - Hours per Week: 36 - Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend - Electronic Medical Record: Cerner (Cerner EMR
experience preferred) - Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,020 - $2,130
per week Required Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN)
license — Iowa or compact state accepted - BLS certification
(required) - Mandatory Reporter certification (required) - Minimum
1 year recent Med/Surg Telemetry (medical-surgical/telemetry)
experience - Open to first-time travel nurses — Travel RN friendly
- Ability to float within the same discipline across local campuses
as needed Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality,
compassionate nursing care to patients on the Med/Surg Telemetry
unit (medical-surgical and telemetry patients) - Monitor cardiac
telemetry, assess patient status, and escalate changes
appropriately - Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and
interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement patient
care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
and document accurately in Cerner EMR - Educate patients and
families on discharge instructions and ongoing health management -
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and participate in
orientation and competency training - Float to similar units within
