Join our dedicated team at Jackson Health Professionals as a Full Time Certified Surgical Technologist. In this role, you'll work in dynamic surgical settings, assisting in procedures that make a real difference in patient lives. Your expertise in sterilization techniques, surgical instruments, and patient care will support our surgeons and contribute to the efficiency of our healthcare facility. Prepare and maintain sterile medical environments before and during surgical procedures. Assist surgeons and surgical nurses by passing instruments and other sterile supplies. Ensure all surgical tools are properly sterilized and assembled before a procedure. Maintain a count of sponges, needles, and instruments to ensure no foreign objects are left in surgical sites. Operate sterilizers, lights, or suction machines, and help operate diagnostic equipment. Proficient in the use of surgical instruments and supplies. Expertise in sterilization processes. Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. Strong communication and organizational skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Certification from an accredited surgical technician program. Valid CPR certification.
