Ability to float to different units as needed Description: This
position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry. The
role is in a fast-paced medical/surgical unit providing care for
cardiovascular patients. The RN will care for specialty patients
such as stable heart and lung transplants and ventricular assist
devices. Staffing ratios are 1:5 days and 1:6 nights, with the
possibility of ratios being 1:7 on rare occasions. Weekend
commitments include four weekend shifts within an eight-week
period, covering both Saturday and Sunday. RNs must be prepared to
float frequently to meet the needs of the hospital. There is a
strong emphasis on teamwork with support from care teams, including
care techs, transport teams, and other specialists. All candidates
must comply with the facility's 100% nicotine-free policy. Travel
nurses must possess required certifications and have two years of
prior experience in an applicable setting. The facility values
