Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Duration: Ongoing - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Staff Yearly Pay: $71,000-$96,700 Registered Nurse – Medical Unit (Nights) | Nebraska Employment Type: Full-Time Position Overview The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse medical and post-surgical patient population. This role emphasizes teamwork, strong clinical judgment, and compassionate care in a supportive, mentorship-driven environment focused on professional growth and clinical excellence. Unit Overview This 28-bed Medical Unit supports a wide range of patient populations, including: - Stroke and TIA - Pancreatitis - GI bleeds - Wounds requiring debridement - Detox and withdrawal - Pneumonia - Post-operative recovery The unit is known for its strong teamwork, collaborative culture, and hands-on learning environment.
