Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Omaha, NE Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,332 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/13/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Omaha, Nebraska, 68105! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years in a large, urban hospital License: Must possess a valid nursing license Certifications: BLS required Must-Have: - EPIC charting experience - Ability to manage drips Description: This position offers a 36 or 48-hour work option. Travelers may be required to float frequently to meet the staffing needs of the facility. RTO blackout dates may apply. The unit is a fast-paced, 45-bed medical/surgical unit that provides care to trauma patients. Focus on the acute and chronic needs for patients who are hemodynamically and medically stable. RNs must have experience with various drips. Ratios are typically 1:5 during the day and 1:6 at night, with possible rare exceptions up to 1:7. Must comply with floating requirements to various units within the facility as necessary. In addition to RNs, care teams consist of care techs and transport staff. This is a 100% nicotine-free facility. Travelers must work a specified number of weekend shifts and work 2 out of 3 major holidays. Requested time off must be provided at the time of application. Travelers must attend a mandatory charting class during orientation week. Uniforms are mandatory and provided by the facility.
