Job Description:
Jackson HealthPros is seeking a skilled nuclear medicine
technologist to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
where you’ll be responsible for preparing and administering
radioactive drugs and operate radiation detection and imaging
equipment. Minimum Requirements An associate or bachelor’s degree
in nuclear medicine technology. Certified Nuclear Medicine
Technologist (CNMT) via NMTCB certificate required. BLS
certification required. Experience operating PET/CT and gamma
camera systems preferred; Siemens Biograph Vision PET/CT and
Siemens E.CAM experience is a plus but not required. Experience
with EPIC charting system preferred. Minimum 2 years’ experience as
a nuclear medicine technologist preferred. Radiation safety
practices knowledge; client will provide radiation badge. Driver’s
license required at time of submittal to confirm commuting radius
eligibility. Candidates may not be currently employed full time,
part time, or PRN with facilities associated with CommonSpirit,
CHI, or Dignity Health. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital.
Shift name: Days. Shift details: Days 0600-1600. Shift pattern
includes M, T, W, F 0630/0630-1600/1600 (per shift notes).
Orientation: 12 hours. Required certifications: CNMT (NMTCB) and
BLS. Charting system: EPIC. Radiation badge: Provided by client.
Fingernail policy: Artificial nails prohibited in patient care
areas; refusal to comply may result in termination of contract.
Radius requirement: Candidate must reside within 50 miles as
determined by driver’s license at submittal. DOT certification:
Preferred at initial contract, required if extended within 90 days.
