CHI Health at Home-Omaha is seeking a full-time Night Shift RN! Join Our Team to help make a difference in people's lives while caring for patients in their own homes! We use EMR system, HomeCare HomeBase for time efficient documentation. Home Care/Hospice Registered Nurse Responsibilities: Administers, teaches, supervises, and coordinates nursing care to patients in their homes with guidance of supervisory staff. Provides skilled care and education to patients and their caregivers Participates in the coordination of services with other disciplines and community resources as needed Evaluates and revises care plans/assessments based on changes in patients and/or their environments Participates in regular case conferences and in-services or special case orientations as needed and participates in on-call rotation Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Currently licensed to practice in Nebraska One year RN experience required One year hospital / hospice RN nursing experience preferred Must obtain and maintain current CPR or BLS Certification Compliant with appropriate state certification/registration and CHI Health at Home requirement as necessary.
