Job Description:

The Reserves Network has partnered with a Fremont area Food Manufacturer to hire a Field Operations Supervisor on 2nd Shift. As a Field Operations Supervisor you will be working with the onsite Manager to ensure all field operations are being conducted to company policy. This is a Direct Hire opportunity meaning you go directly to work for the client. This position does offer a company truck that you are allowed to take to your home each day.

Field Operations Supervisor Pay:55K-70K

Field Operations Supervisor Hours:Monday - Friday1pm-10pm

Field Operations Supervisor Responsibilities:-Assist the onsite Manager-Train, coach and teaching all subordinates and contractors on job functions-Responsible for adhering to animal welfare according to company standards-Communicate with landowners on schedules or any issues that arise-Monitor all program for efficiency and effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement-Communicate with management about any onsite issues that arise-Report any equipment repairs or any damages that occur

Field Operations Supervisor Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent required- 1 year of Managerial experience required-Experience in the trucking field preferred-Must have a valid driver license-Must have a clean driving record and maintain a clean driving record-Must be able to work long hours and holiday if needed
