Immanuel is seeking a Full Time Sous Chef to work 40 hours/week 10:30am-7:00pm (weekends and some holidays will be required), at Lakeside, located at 17475 Frances Street, Omaha, NE 68130. Lakeside has been voted Best of Omaha in the senior living category for 15 years. It has 89 independent, 49 assisted living and 12 memory support apartment homes along with 18 lofts. Job Duties & Skills Required: What You Will Do The responsibilities of this job include all types of food preparation, including yet not limited to baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking; and cleaning the kitchen. Additionally may be assigned to oversee progress of kitchen staff abilities, kitchen projects or special events, certain aspects of food preparation in the kitchen, inventory management and oversees the kitchen function when the Team Lead of Food & Nutrition Services is not available.
