an Assistatn Banquets Manager, you will assist in the charge in
maximizing the profitability of the Banquet Department by
delivering seamless, top-tier service that not only meets but

world-class service and superior style. What you will be doing: ·
Ensure high-quality food, beverage, and service standards in all
banquet areas. · Assist with managing and coordinating staff
activities, overseeing training and departmental responsibilities.
· Collaborate with food production to meet banquet service needs. ·
Communicate effectively across departments to fulfill guest
expectations and maintain strong guest relations. · Assist with
management of labor, costs, and expenses within budget and forecast
guidelines. · Maintain accurate records, inventories, and banquet
function checks. · Assist the Banquet Director with leading
departmental meetings and attend various hotel-related meetings. ·
Uphold housekeeping, maintenance, and sanitation standards to
preserve the hotel's image. · Enforce hotel policies, union
contract guidelines, and compliance with local, state, and federal
regulations. · Hire, train, and assess staff performance while
fostering positive employee relations. · Performs special projects
as requested. What we are looking for: · Minimum of 2 years of
banquet leadership experience required. · High school diploma
required; 4-year degree in hospitality preferred. · Strong
mathematical skills and familiarity with food and beverage
financial systems. · Proficient in Excel and capable of using
moderately complex systems. · Ability to communicate clearly in
English; bilingual preferred. · Must be able to stand, walk, and
tour for extended periods. · Pleasant, courteous demeanor is
essential. · Ability to work in both office and active food and
beverage environments. · Flexibility to work varied shifts,
