a Restaurant Supervisor , you’ll lead a high-energy team with
ongoing training and motivation, driving service excellence and
seamless operations to create a memorable dining experience that
keeps guests coming back for more. Located in the heart of downtown

itself on world-class service and superior style. What you will be
doing: · Perform all front- and back-of-house roles, including
server, cashier, and expeditor as needed. · Supervise staff and
oversee department operations in the manager’s absence. · Support
ongoing training to uphold service and brand standards. · Monitor
food quality, service, cleanliness, and sanitation across all
areas. · Manage inventory, order supplies, and control payroll and
equipment costs. · Interact with guests to promote services and
resolve concerns effectively. · Utilize POS systems for accurate
billing, revenue tracking, and service efficiency. · Uphold a
professional appearance and support hotel policies and procedures.
What we are looking for: · Previous restaurant, hospitality, or
food and beverage supervisory experience preferred. · Previous
bartending experience and knowledge of food and beverage
operations, including staffing, equipment, and guest relations. ·
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English,
including guest requests and banquet event orders. · Strong
customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging
situations with patience and diplomacy. · Comfortable standing and
moving throughout shifts in restaurant and kitchen areas. ·
Proficient knife skills and ability to perform prep work with
dexterity. · Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a
fast-paced environment. · High school diploma or equivalent
