Job Description:

Summary/Objective: This position will work with our Quality Assurance Department and Staffing Managers to verify employment for our Traveling Healthcare Professionals by acquiring and maintaining proper documentation. - This person will also work with and assist our Administrative Assistants as needed. - The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the capability to think critically and prioritize tasks.

Essential Functions:

Support team in obtaining and validating employment of verification documents
Order and request documentation through phone, fax, email, and online service providers
Maintain document files in internal database
Review and screen resumes and documents for accuracy
Float to Front Desk as needed
Establish strong relationships and displays excellent customer service skills
Assist team members as necessary
Ability to work independently and problem solve

Education, Job Experience and/or Competencies:

High School diploma
Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail
Strong ability to prioritize, strategize, and navigate varying scenarios
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, via phone and in person
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Team player mentality - willingness to help when needed
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and comply with policies and procedures as outlined

Other Duties:

Complete various administrative tasks for Executive staff and Operations
Work closely with Recruiting and Operations staff
Perform administrative functions when necessary

Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. - The employee is regularly required to sit and stand; occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel and crouch. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
