the RoleWe are looking for a Recruiter/HR Generalist for our
high-volume call center who will elevate how we attract, engage and
acquire top talent across our operations, as well as assist in
enhancing culture and department functions. If you have at least 3
years of recruiting and/or HR generalist experience in a high
volume, fast-paced environment, this opportunity may be for
you.This position will assist in full cycle recruiting for contact
center operations, which primarily focuses on vacancies for
customer service representatives, chargeback analysts and call
center supervisors. The candidate must employ excellent
interpersonal as well as organizational skills to be a front-line
culture ambassador and resource for local employees. This role will
report to the HR Manager on-site.What You will Do Day-to-dayAssist
with sourcing strategies to build candidate pipelines.Source
passive and active candidates through a variety of methods
including networking, events, cold calls, referrals and social
media.Assist with recruitment and interview process, including
phone screens, scheduling applicants, sending application
information, and gathering feedback as necessaryWork with job
candidates and partner with hiring manager throughout the
recruitment and selection processes.Initiate background checks,
fingerprints and steps in the hiring and onboarding process.Assist
with orientation and onboarding programsAssist with coaching hiring
managers on facilitating recruitment, hiring and onboarding best
practices to ensure a strong candidate experience.Answer employee
questions regarding policies and proceduresAssist with process
improvements for a more efficient and compliant HR departmentCreate
and maintain personnel filesAssist with verifications of
employment, unemployment claims and I-9 verification processProcess
personnel actions (hires, terminations, pay & title changes etc.)
in HRIS systemOther administrative duties as assignedAbout
YouAssociate's degree preferredAt least 3 years of recruiting
and/or HR generalist experienceHighly detail-oriented with strong
organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication
skills.Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment, meet time
deadlines and balance multiple responsibilitiesStrong ability in MS
Office (Word, Excel,Outlook)Intermediate competency with database
management and other HRIS software preferredid1000
