Job Description Atwater, a Signature Performance Company, is seeking an IT Application Analyst specializing in Human Resources information systems. This position is FULLY REMOTE supporting our healthcare client located in Metro Philadelphia. This important role is responsible for enhancing, supporting, and maintaining the application within the Health System, trouble shooting, researching, and solving technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: GENERAL 1. Administer and provide technical and functional support to Lawson and Infor CloudSuite GHR. 2. In GHR, help resolve application issues relating to Benefits, Payroll, Time and Attendance, Absence Management, Health and Safety. Support GHR business processes such as hiring, benefits enrollment, 3. Develop complex processes and reports using IPA, ION, Configuration Console, ISD, BI, Birst, and Application Studio. 4. Provide complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data and information collected as part of application requirement gathering. 5. Gather requirements, provide fit gap analysis and create effective technical solutions for the business needs. 6. Design, validate and confirm new or changed functionality with the supported application environment that meets customer specifications. 7. Demonstrate ability to implement and manage small to medium level projects. 8. Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot, research and solve technically challenging problems involving integrated systems. 9. Assist with the administrative, technical, and customer-facing duties surrounding the successful project implementation of system updates and changes. 10. Consistently meets project deadlines and goes the extra mile to ensure dates are met. DOCUMENTATION 11. Responsible for keeping all documentation up to date TESTING 12. Work closely with business users and application team to design, build and execute a comprehensive integration and user acceptance test plan and scripts. 13. Create and maintain test scripts in support of new installations, projects, and/or system updates. 14. Accountable as the application subject matter expert (SME) when assigned to project Teams. 15. Serve as a liaison between end users, subject matter experts and technical support. SUPPORT 16. Provides on-call support 24/7 17. Monitors queues, event logs and brokers and performs maintenance as required 18. Monitors interfaces with external systems 19. Creates ad hoc reports per user specifications Scope, Purpose, and Frequency of Contacts: Frequent interaction with IT staff and end-users, including health system staff, management, or physicians. Experience Required 5-10 years' experience Education Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred - 5 years of relevant application business experience in lieu of Bachelors' Degree Special Requirements Scheduled Days / Hours: M-F 8:30 - 5:00 Position is fully remote Work Schedule Scheduled Days / Hours: M-F 8:30 - 5:00 Position Type Full-time
