In addition to establishing client relationships, as a recruiter, you will source candidates throughout various methods, tools, and resources to fill critical positions within the construction space.You will collaborate in a team environment with other recruiters to create a larger footprint within the industry and geography you are working in.As a recruiting professional, you will be responsible for a high volume of calls, email, and outbound activity.No previous recruiting experience is required as we offer a robust and thorough training program and is in essence a fast track to learning how to become a recruiter.As a recruiter at gpac, you will be a part of a competitive, well-rounded, and established team of recruiters who have a deep understanding of the recruiting industry.
