DescriptionGeneral Purpose and Scope of Position:
The People and Culture Generalist is responsible for providing
support on a broad range of generalist actions that align with
enterprise P&C processes and programs. The position acts as a
liaison between employees, management, leadership, and the
enterprise's People and Culture team. Our generalist team is
focused on supporting a seamless employee experience within
Wilbur-Ellis, starting from the time each applicant applies to work
with us. You will have responsibility for executing enterprise
support processes including onboarding, performance management,
employee engagement, and offboarding. You will manage various
P&C responsibilities to ensure compliance with employment law.
Critical to this role is the ability to successfully work with
multiple priorities and maintain exceptional attention to
detail.
