Development Program right for you? Our rotational program is
structured to last three years with three 12-18-month assignments
at our corporate offices (hybrid) and manufacturing plants
(onsite). Master's program graduates interested in Human Resources
within a diverse Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization will
have the opportunity to engage in high-impact, challenging
assignments within the Centers of Excellence (COE) and HR
Generalist functions. Throughout the program you can expect to:Gain
hands-on human resources experience working with employees and
cross functional business partnersDevelop strong consulting
relationships and influence business leaders through coaching,
mentorship, and partnershipUse data and insights to guide strategic
business decisions that align with our goals, objectives, and
initiativesAdvance your conflict management and mediation skills
through working in a dynamic business environmentBuild skills in
areas such as employee relations, business acumen, talent
acquisition, talent management, etc.Do you have what it takes?You
will complete your Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related
program of study no later than June 2024 (January start dates
available for December grads)You have a general understanding of
business, financial concepts, and theory behind processesYou are
able to relocate during and after the program. Location preferences
are taken into consideration in addition to business needs.
