In this role, you willServe the Scrum Team by:Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments that meet their Definition of DoneEnsuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time-box.Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Teams progress Serve the Product Owner by: Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog managementHelping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog itemsHelping establish empirical product planning for a complex environmentFacilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or neededServe the organization by:Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoptionPlanning and advising Scrum implementations within the organizationHelping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex workRemoving barriers between stakeholders and Scrum TeamsRequirementsJob Requirements: Bachelor's level degree applied towards software development or equivalent experience working in software development teamsCertified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certificationUnderstand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterpriseExperience working in product management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures3+ years of Agile project delivery experience as a Scrum Master or similar role leading technical teamsFamiliarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous DeliveryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on conflict resolutionUnderstands the value of commitments to delivery made by a development teamUnderstands the value of metrics and has the ability to capture and report on themBenefitsPPO or a High Deductible Health Plan, HSA eligible plan, Dental, Vision, and Supplemental Life.
