      We're looking for a Scrum Master ready to create positive impact. In this role, you will---

      Serve the Scrum Team by:
      • Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality
      • Helping the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value increments that meet their Definition of Done
      • Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the time-box.
      • Causing the removal of impediments to the Scrum Team's progress

        Serve the Product Owner by:
        • Helping find techniques for effective Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management
        • Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
        • Helping establish empirical product planning for a complex environment
        • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration as requested or needed

          Serve the organization by:
          • Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption
          • Planning and advising Scrum implementations within the organization
          • Helping employees and stakeholders understand and enact an empirical approach for complex work
          • Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams


            Job Requirements:
            • Bachelor's level degree applied towards software development or equivalent experience working in software development teams
            • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certification
              • Understand other processes and methodologies and can speak intelligently about them and leverage other techniques to provide value to a team/enterprise
              • Experience working in product management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.
              • Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
              • 3+ years of Agile project delivery experience as a Scrum Master or similar role leading technical teams
              • Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery
              • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
              • Strong interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on conflict resolution
              • Understands the value of commitments to delivery made by a development team
              • Understands the value of metrics and has the ability to capture and report on them
