Technical Services Associate We have a career opportunity for a Technical Services Associate that will be responsible for supporting the function and responsibilities of ALI-PM's Technical Services/Project Managment department. The position will be located at 11128 John Galt Blvd, Ste 500, Omaha, NE 68137, working with different management levels (including the Board of Directors, CEO, President, CFO, Vice Presidents) and support personnel in all other locations. This position will also be asked to travel to Lincoln, NE to our lab for projects. The impact you will have:

• You will supposrt the troubleshooting of operations and processing issues by both performing lab-scale processing and data analytics review
• You will support the optimization of production processes
• You will support developing new and optimizing current products for both internal and external production
• You will support raw material receiving and evaluation processes
  • You will research new processes and equipment to support new and current products/production
  • You will support Change Control, Deviation and Corrective Action/Preventative Actions (CAPA) development and implementation
  • You will support creation and execution of Installation/Operational/Process qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ) protocols and develop of summary reports
  • You will support the Validation Master Plan and Calibration program activities in accordance with current USDA and FDA GMPs
  • You will work with various departments to become familiar with ALI-PM processes and systems as needed What we are looking for:
    • You will have two years of food and/or pharmaceutical production or laboratory experience
    • You will have knowledge of US FDA 21 CFR Part 117 and Q7 cGMP requirements
    • You will have experience and skills from a science background
    • You will have data analysis or statistic skills
    • You will have detailed-oriented, problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
    • You will have strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • You will be comfortable and willing to organize research findings and present to peers and members of Senior Management
