Job Description:

Modis is seeking a BI Developer for a long term contract opportunity with an Omaha based banking company.  In this BI Developer role you will be converting Business Objects to the SQL Stack.  
 
Contract Duration: 12 months
Competitive Hourly Pay
 
Major Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
• 5+ years of SQL Development.
Major Responsibilities:
• Creates specifications for universes, cubes, dashboards, and reports, as needed.
• Creates universes, cubes, dashboards and reports.
• Excellent query building and query optimization skills using T-SQL and MDX.
• Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) application design and implementation for moving large volumes of data using SQL Server Integration Services.
• Very Large Database (VLDB) design, implementation, and optimization using Microsoft SQL Server.
• Large MOLAP Cube design and implementation using SQL Server Analysis Services.
• Design and implementation of scalable SQL Server Reporting Services platforms.
• Business Objects universe and report design, development and deployment.
• SAS business analytics software design, development and deployment.
• Crystal reporting design, development and deployment.
