Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mainframe IDMS Systems
Programmer.
Key Responsibilities
Install and upgrade vendor software, applying fixes and resolving
software issues
Manage incidents and problem tickets, providing on-call support in
a 7 x 24 rotation
Make performance monitoring and tuning recommendations for IDMS
Required Qualifications
Experience with z/OS and OS/390 environments
Proficiency in writing and coding OS JCL, with basic skills in
COBOL and Assembler
Experience using TSO and ISPF
Familiarity with Integrated Quality Management System
methodologies
Knowledge of IDMS operations and maintenance processes
