Job Description:

motivated and detail-oriented architectural student intern to join
our Omaha team this summer. This internship offers hands-on
experience working on projects in a collaborative team environment
within our core healthcare market. The successful candidate will
support project teams with design, documentation, and coordination
while gaining experience within all phases of a project.
Responsibilities: • Assist project teams with design work and the
development of construction documents. • Prepare and modify
drawings using Revit. • Assist with research, site documentation,
building code or sustainability tasks. • Support the development of
plans, sections, elevations, and details. • Participate in team,
consultant coordination and quality assurance review meetings. •
Help maintain organized digital project files and drawing sets.
Qualifications: • Must be enrolled in an accredited architecture
program (Bachelor’s or Master’s) during both spring 2026 and fall
2026 semesters. • Interest in working on commercial architecture
projects. • Basic understanding of an architectural drawing set. •
Experience working in Revit. • Proficiency with programs such as
Adobe Creative Cloud, Bluebeam or Enscape a plus. • Strong design
and organizational skills with attention to detail. • Ability to
work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Clear
