Air-Watch is PayPal's Enterprise Mobility Management Platform. The ideal Candidate will have an in depth understanding of the Air-Watch EMM Platform with hands on Technical expertise in Configuration of Policies, Reporting and Compliance actions. The Ideal candidate will also possess knowledge on Mobile Device Operating Systems to include iOS, Android and Windows 10 and the capabilities and featuresThe role of MDM Administrator will design and support hardware, software, and cloud services to help deploy, manage, track, and audit mobile devices. The MDM Administrator will act at the Tier--4 level and is responsible for system architecture, tracking, and troubleshooting mobile devices and administering the Air-Watch cloud environment for our business units. This individual manages, maintains supports, troubleshoots and optimizes the mobile cloud environment, its related mobile devices, and suggests adjustments and new system designs for future needs. The Mobile Device Administrator ensures that all mobile devices and activations are in compliance with policies and procedures.* Partner with InfoSec and implement Policies in Air-Watch as defined by InfoSec and the Mobile Policy Advisory Commitee* Build strong relationships with InfoSec and the Messaging team as to be kept abreast of Changing Requirements.* Participate in all phases of Air-Watch lifecycle, including discovery, analysis, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, , testing, deployment and support.* Create clear and concise functional and technical specifications, diagrams, and other documentation.* Ensure that all necessary changes are documented, reviewed, tested, and approved before being deployedRequirements:* 3 + years minimum Experience with Enterprise Mobility Management Platform ( Air-Watch preferred)* 3 + Years minimum Experience with Mobile Device Operating Systems ( iOS, Android, Windows 10)* Working Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange in an O365 environmentWe're a purpose-driven company whose beliefs are the foundation for how we conduct business every day.
