Job Description Job Description Crew Lead Part/Full-Time (seasonal), 2 Years Previous Professional Window Cleaning Experience REQUIRED Upscale Home Services is an independent, locally owned home services company that provides a world-class Customer Experience for Property Detailing Services, including: window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and holiday lighting. As a Crew Lead, you are a pivotal member of the team that upholds our commitment to customer satisfaction, professionalism and exemplifies our code of values. You are responsible for training, developing and leading your crew (you plus an new technician) to work closely with customers on daily service jobs. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, energetic, and enjoys helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis. Previous track record as a successful supervisor &/or team leader is preferred. Compensation based on maturity of your leadership skill-set & experience. Window cleaning experience, including Water Fed, is required, as is a healthy desire to learn & engage, and demonstrate your ability to effectively hire, lead and develop your team and adapt to our Brand Quality Standards. Specific Responsibilities: Lead service crews that provide residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, and holiday lighting services Work closely with management overseeing the daily operation and performance of your crew Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services with the scheduling office Ensure company vehicle and equipment are regularly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition Coordinate with scheduling office to work through service appointment delays and communicating with customers Consult with customers about additional services (upsell) Job Requirements: Physical ability to lift ladders (50-70 lbs.) Willing and able to work up to 28' on a ladder Must have valid Driver's License Prior experience with a home services provider Minimum one year supervisor/lead experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with strong attention to detail Professional appearance, personality, and demeanor Team player who can work independently Skills Required customer relationship management analytical thinking attention to detail coaching communication (written-to-verbal) conflict management multitasking operations performance evaluations problem solving process & policy implementation hc222406
