Job Description:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure every sold RV is spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily on sold units, including both new and older trade-ins, making sure each RV meets our high standards and provides an excellent first impression to customers. Pay $16-20 per hour monthly bonus incentives. Key Objectives: Deliver consistently high-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs. Ensure every sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule. Identify and report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace. Support the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation. Responsibilities: Review the daily schedule to identify which RVs need detailing. Clean interior and exterior surfaces thoroughly, including floors, windows, appliances, and upholstery. Inspect each RV for any visible damage or maintenance needs and report findings to the service department. Ensure all compartments, storage areas, and tanks are clean and free of debris. Use proper cleaning chemicals and tools safely and efficiently. Organize and maintain detailing equipment and supplies. Communicate with sales and service teams about the status of detailed units. Follow all safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment. What you’ll bring: Ability to pass a background and drug test Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values in all interactions Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Expected Results: All sold RVs are delivered clean, polished, and ready for customer handover without delay. High customer satisfaction rates due to the impeccable condition of delivered vehicles. Prompt identification and communication of any defects or issues, minimizing delays in sales or service. Efficient workflow that meets daily detailing schedules and supports dealership operations. Maintained cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, ensuring a safe and productive environment. Resources: Access to a full range of professional-grade cleaning supplies, detailing tools, and equipment. Training on safe and effective use of chemicals and detailing products. Support from the service and sales teams for coordination and information sharing. Scheduled work plans and checklists to help organize daily tasks. Clean, well-maintained workspace with designated storage for tools and supplies. On-site supervisors and experienced staff available for guidance and troubleshooting.
