incumbent in this role will work remotely 100% of the time and will
share a hoteling workspace if/when working onsite, as determined by
business needs. It is required that during the initial training
period, the incumbent will work onsite 100% of the time. Work
location and on-site duration requirement is subject to change
based on business needs. About this Role: Responsible for the
day-to-day process for completing various types of Garnishments,
Levies, and other attachments to bank accounts served on First
National Bank of Omaha. Work with local and federal courts, state
and federal agencies and attorneys to respond to Garnishments,
Levies and other attachments, in a timely and efficient manner.
Notify customers of Garnishments and Levies and answer subsequent
questions. Work collaboratively with FNN Legal peers and management
to find solutions for any identified problems or needed
improvements to gain efficiencies to the process. Training must be
completed onsite and once that is complete this will be a
hybrid/remote. Key Accountabilities: 1) Ability to learn and apply
legal rules to various types of legal attachments served on First
National Bank of Omaha. 2) Respond to Garnishments, Levies and
other attachments, in a timely and efficient manner. 3) Learn and
use First National Systems to complete job duties. 4) Work
collaboratively with internal and external customers and peers. 5)
Complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and
controls, as required. Basic Qualifications: 1) College Degree 2)
Demonstrated oral and written communication skills 3) Demonstrated
problem-solving and decision-making skills 4) Demonstrated ability
to multi-task Additional Qualifications: 1) Paralegal Certification
of equivalent internal bank legal experience 2) Prior Retail
banking experience 3) Knowledge of Banking Regulations 4)
Familiarity with First National systems and corporate structure.
