Established (est. 50 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Family Law
Attorney for Family Law in McLean, VA or Alexandria, VA! An
established in the DC, North Virginia and Maryland area with over
50 years in practice is seeking a Family Law Attorney with at least
three years of experience to join their team in a hybrid capacity
for their Virginia offices! This Attorney will have experience with
family law, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.
Offer : - Salary range: $125,000-$180,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications : - The candidate must have a Juris Doctor degree
from an accredited law school. - The candidate must be admitted to
the Virginia state bar and be a member in good standing, with
admission in Maryland and Washington, DC considered a strong plus.
- The candidate must have a minimum of three years of family law
experience, including hands-on work involving divorce, child
custody, child support, and other family law matters. - The
candidate must demonstrate strong research, writing, and analytical
skills. Responsibilities : - The Attorney will conduct legal
research and provide analysis on a wide range of family law issues.
- The Attorney will assist senior attorneys in drafting pleadings,
motions, briefs, and other legal documents. - The Attorney will
interview clients to gather relevant information and assist in
developing case strategy. - The Attorney will attend court
hearings, mediation sessions, and other legal proceedings as
