Overview As a key member of the Executive Management team, the
Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive
Officer (CEO) and assume a strategic role in the overall management
of the Company. The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibility
for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial
activities of the Company. This will include direct responsibility
for accounting, strategic planning, legal issues, property
management, expense analysis and negotiations, administration,
insurance, licensing, and banking.
Responsibilities Continuously evaluate current policies and
procedures to find better and more efficient ways of meeting the
Company’s financial and operating objectives.
Ensure credibility and timeliness of financial reporting and
budgets so the Executive Management team has the proper information
available to make timely changes, as needed.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with other members
of the Executive Management team to better identify their
individual team’s needs and seek a full range of solutions to aid
the Company as a whole.
Continually analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to
guide the Executive Management team. Analyze financial statements
to pinpoint potential weaknesses and recommend proper changes. The
leadership in this area will ensure the Company is meeting its
short and long-term financial objectives.
Oversee all Company functions in the absence of the CEO and

All other duties as assigned or identified.
Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or related field; a CPA and/or
MBA is preferred.
10+ years of finance experience in a multi-unit business.
Previous experience as a CFO or a senior level finance executive
in a high-growth company.
Solid and financial reporting technical skills.
Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
Live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Omaha, Nebraska
